She started her career in Corporate Finance at JP Morgan, spent several years at PepsiCo in a variety of Strategy and General Management roles, including a management of a large field distribution and sales force, and subsequently ran new business development for FTD. Prior to joining VistaPrint, she spent almost ten years at the marketing services firm, Digitas, Inc. (now part of Publicis Groupe) in a variety of executive roles, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. Annie has been a frequent speaker and instructor on a variety of executive education programs for private firms, as well as on MBA courses at both Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Sloan School at MIT. She is the co-author of The Trusted Leader: Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Your Company, published by Simon & Schuster in January 2003, The Enemies of Trust, published in Harvard Business Review, and a variety of articles in numerous business publications. Annie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University
and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. She is a member
of the Advisory Board of the Citi Performing Arts Center (formerly
the Wang Center) in Boston. |
