Drapeau has joined the Center for Leading Organizations as
Managing Partner. Annie was Rob’s co-author on The
Trusted Leader, and has spent the last several years
as a corporate executive.
Center for Leading Organizations provides highly-tailored
advice, education and facilitation to firms (and their leaders)
in building strategic, organizational and individual trust.
Since the time of the publication of The Trusted Leader
several years ago, we have continued to see clear confirmation
that no leader or leadership group can be successful without
working on those three levels of trust. But our work isn’t
strictly about trust. It is about putting in place the enablers
of trust. The right organization structure, the right leadership
skills, the right processes.
Sometimes, it’s working on a leadership
offsite. Other times it’s designing and delivering
session, or in providing quiet, one-on-one advice
to a senior executive. More often than not, it is a combination
of the above.
have been toiling in this field for many years. You know that
from knowing us, and from knowing our backgrounds. It was
simply time to put it together in a single place, a center,
for leading organizations, and that’s what we have done.
